Return policy

At Enchantia Muse, we want you to love your purchase, and while we do not generally encourage returns or refunds, we understand that unique situations may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a return or refund, please reach out to us atΒ  returns@enchantiamuse.com. Our team is here to assist you and ensure that your concerns are addressed as smoothly as possible. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping postage unless the items are damaged. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We highly recommend purchasing Route insurance when you make your order.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective. Items marked as β€œFinal Sale” cannot be returned unless they are defective. Gift cards are not refundable. Products like bath bombs, aroma oils, and candles, incense, are also non-returnable once opened.


Refunds
If we believe you have a valid reason for a return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Β
